Forest Lady

In Slavic legends, the Forest Lady is often identified with the goddess Dziewanna, protector of wildlife and forests, and is also described as a mysterious figure guarding mountain wilderness (as in the legends of the Little Fatra Mountains) or as the "Holy Lady" in local legends, associated with miraculous deliverance and gratitude.
